Vendor Table

8' table for use at the Waco card show. 

Table layout is attached.  You can request table location however, it is NOT GUARANTEED.  Some tables may need to be adjusted to accommodate other vendors (For instance single table needs to be moved to accommodate a multiple table request).    

UPON BOOKING ONE OR MORE TABLES, EACH VENDOR AGREES:

1. Each vendor and their associates and employees (“Vendor”) shall act professionally and respectfully.  Waco Card Show is for collectors and hobbyists of all ages.  It should be a friendly and safe environment for everyone.
2. Vendors must abide by all laws, venue rules and reasonable instructions from venue employees and Waco Card Show employees.  Waco Card Show is NOT responsible for any vendor’s actions. 
3. Vendors must check in at the registration table upon arrival.  Vendors must have their vendor lanyard on display at all times they are inside the event venue.
4. Vendors are required to comply with all laws regarding sales tax and business licensing in their home state.
5. Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Vendors who cancel in writing more than 30 days in advance will be credited for the next show.  
6. Vendors must have appropriate products for the event.  Vendor recognizes that all products represented must be authentic products.  If a vendor is attempting to sell products that are “fake”, “dupes”, “not authentic” etc will be asked to leave the show and will not be allowed back nor will receive a refund for their table. It is the vendors responsibility to have authentic products. 
7. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Waco Card Show, its affiliates and the Venue harmless against any and all claims for damages, liabilities, or other costs caused by the vendor.
8. Vendors may not use speakers or sound emitting devices without the consent of the Waco Card Show. Vendors may not engage in any activities that are disruptive to attendees, other vendors or the event. All Vendor displays must be reasonable in size, appearance, and content.  It may not obstruct attendees, other vendors, or exits without the approval of the Waco Card Show
9. Vendors and Waco Card Show will promote one another and strive for a successful event.
